Data and privacy notice
A plain-language description of the current build’s technical behavior. Final launch terms still require legal review.
Guest planning
In guest mode, plans, inventories, estimates, and other working data remain in this browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove that copy.
Cloud accounts
When cloud accounts are configured and you sign in, the consumer plan, inventory, and estimates are copied to a private Supabase workspace. Database access rules require the signed-in account ID to match the workspace owner. MoveVerity does not expose service-role credentials to the browser.
Documents and other modules
The current document tool fingerprints selected files locally and retains metadata, not file contents. Commercial projects, concierge notes, marketplace shortlists, claims preparation, and news preferences remain browser-only in this release.
Control and deletion
Signed-in users can delete their cloud consumer workspace from the dashboard. The app resets the local account-bound copy only after the server confirms deletion. Deleting the authentication identity itself is not yet self-service.
This notice documents the preview build and is not a substitute for the final privacy policy, retention schedule, vendor disclosure, or consent language required before public launch.
